Lauren Humphries

Lauren Humphries has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Lauren is currently working at the LUNGevity Foundation as the Associate Director of Constituent Engagement, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Manager of Community Engagement at LUNGevity Foundation from May 2019 to March 2022. Before joining LUNGevity Foundation, Lauren held the position of Digital Community Manager from July 2016 to May 2019 and Marketing Manager from September 2014 to June 2016 at the same organization.

Before their time at LUNGevity Foundation, Lauren worked at Towson University as the Coordinator of Marketing & Special Events for Campus Recreation Services from October 2010 to August 2014. Prior to that, they held the role of Graduate Assistant of Marketing & Special Events for Campus Recreation Services from June 2008 to July 2010.

In addition to their roles at Towson University, Lauren also gained experience as an Intern and Assistant to the Race Director at Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Maryland Affiliate from May 2009 to October 2009. Lauren began their professional journey as an Intern at Inside Lacrosse from September 2007 to June 2008.

Lauren Humphries' earliest work experience was as an Athletics Web Site Writer and Game Day Worker at Stevenson University from November 2003 to May 2008. Their career has showcased their expertise in marketing, community engagement, and event management.

Lauren Humphries has a Master of Science degree in Communications Management from Towson University, which they obtained from 2008-2012. Lauren also has a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Strategic Public Relations and Integrated Communications from Towson University, achieved from 2008-2010. In 2018, they earned a certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University. For their undergraduate education, Lauren attended Villa Julie College from 2003-2008 and Stevenson University from the same period, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications. Lauren completed their high school education at The John Carroll School in 2003, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
