Matt McKenna

Matt McKenna has over nine years of work experience in the recruitment industry. In 2021, they began working as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Lunio, where they are responsible for building the verification engine of the internet. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder of CTOs in Manchester from 2019, Recruitment Lead for Northern Practice at Oliver Bernard from 2019, Practice Manager for Permanent Recruitment at Strategic People from 2017, Team Lead for Technology Recruitment at Xcede from 2015, and Team Lead for Technology Recruitment at Hydrogen Group from 2012.

Matt McKenna attended Loughborough University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a BSc in Criminology and Social Policy with a field of study in Criminology. In July 2022, they obtained a Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring Certification from Textio.
