Lana Glass

Lana Glass is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in UX and product design, currently serving as Associate Director of Product Design at Luno, where responsibilities include driving UX strategy and promoting customer-centric design across the organization. With a career that includes roles such as Principal UX Designer and Senior Manager of Product Design Foundations, Lana has demonstrated expertise in building and managing design teams, optimizing design processes, and executing impactful solutions. Previous experience at 4i and other companies further solidified Lana's skills in user experience analysis and design, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Design from Stellenbosch Academy of Design and Photography.
