Cynthia Roman

Cynthia Roman is an experienced professional in quality assurance and training, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist focused on training at Lupin since July 2021. Previously, Cynthia held positions at IQVIA, including Associate Director of Customer Training Americas and Associate Director of Product Education for Technology Services, where responsibilities included managing a team of international trainers and overseeing customer training for US implementations. Prior experience at Cegedim involved project management of large-scale client training programs for major pharmaceutical clients. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hofstra University and an Associate of Arts in Communication from County College of Morris, complemented by a strong foundational education from Morris Knolls.
