Gaurav Mehta has over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources. Gaurav has worked in various roles at companies such as Lupin, Jubilant Organosys Ltd, GVK Biosciences, and Zydus Cadila. Gaurav'smost recent position was Vice President - Corporate HR at Lupin, where they were responsible for senior management talent acquisition, compensation and benefits programs, and performance management systems. Prior to that, they held roles of increasing responsibility in HR at Lupin, focusing on talent acquisition, HR service delivery, and training coordination. At Jubilant Organosys Ltd, they served as Deputy Manager, and at GVK Biosciences, they worked as a Sr Executive. Earlier in their career, they were an Executive Human Resources at Zydus Cadila, where they were primarily responsible for recruitment and training coordination.

Gaurav Mehta completed their Post Graduation in Human Resource Management at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication & Management) in 2000. Gaurav then pursued a Masters Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel Management at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SCDL) from 2000 to 2002. Finally, they attained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management Development from Mumbai Educational Trust in the years 2010 to 2013.
