Harshad Pednekar

Harshad Pednekar is currently a Human Resources Associate at Lupin, having joined the company in November 2024. Prior to this role, Harshad served as a Junior Executive in Human Resources at JB from June 2023 to November 2024. Harshad is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resource at the Welingkar Institute of Management, expected to be completed in June 2025. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Insurance from Chikitsak Samuhas Sir Sitaram and Lady Shantabai Patkar College of Arts, Commerce and Science (June 2019 - April 2022), as well as HSC and SSC education from Adarsh Education Society and Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya, respectively.
