Pankaj Fondekar

Pankaj Fondekar is currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Lupin since December 2023. Prior to this role, Pankaj held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Siemens from June 2022 to December 2023 and at Abbott from December 2010 to May 2022, where responsibilities included talent management, employee life cycle processes, and handling performance appraisals and ER issues. Pankaj’s earlier experience includes a role in Human Resources at MERCK LTD, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational development interventions. Pankaj holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from National College.
