Sharad Laldas

Sharad Laldas is an accomplished professional in the field of microbiology and fermentation, currently serving as the Senior Manager - Head of R&D Microbiology at Lupin since May 2024. With a solid background in R&D, Sharad has held positions at MACLEODS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. from May 2021 to April 2024, and at Praj Industries from January 2011 to May 2021, where significant contributions were made to BioCNG technology and probiotic strain development. Earlier roles included Senior Research Technologist at SANDOZ, where responsibilities involved pre-production activities and R&D in fermentation, and Research Executive at RPG LIFE SCIENCES LTD.
