Siddharth Singh

Siddharth Singh is an experienced professional in HR technology and people services, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager at Lupin since July 2021, where Siddharth leads the global HR transformation focusing on talent management, performance management, employee experience, and digital HR solutions. Previously, Siddharth was an HR Business Partner for Operations and New Country Development at Marico Limited from July 2016 to July 2021, with responsibilities spanning the entire employee life cycle, and held roles including Factory HR Manager and Manager of HR Automation & Projects. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Business Transformation Consultant and Business Transformation Consultant at IBM between June 2012 and July 2016, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at Mahindra Satyam from January 2008 to February 2010. Siddharth holds an MBA in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B. Tech in Production Engineering from BIT Sindri.
