Since December 2008, Karol has served as the Controller and Senior Accountant for Lupoli Companies, overseeing daily financial tasks for the hospitality and real estate divisions, including month-end financials, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and reconciliations. In addition, Karol operates as a Full Charge Bookkeeper for small businesses and private clients, managing tax preparation, bank reconciliations, and accounts payables and receivables. Prior experience includes serving as Controller for Gateway Country Store, where Karol managed accounting procedures for multiple retail locations and improved financial processes. Karol holds a BA in Political Science, Economics, and Accounting from the University of Rochester, earned in 1991.
