Felix Chin

Felix Chin is a Dermatology Resident at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and a Resident Physician at Arnot Health as part of a transitional year. Currently serving as a Gina M. Finzi Research Fellow at the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc., Felix Chin is developing computational algorithms for analyzing imaging mass cytometry data. As an Alpha Omega Alpha Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, significant contributions include creating a fast regular expression search engine for patient phenotyping using unstructured clinical text. Previous experience includes positions as Endovascular Research Fellow at the University at Buffalo Neurosurgery, Engineer at The Jacobs Institute, and Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where Felix Chin was recognized with the “Distinguished Undergraduate Teaching Award.” Felix Chin holds an MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University.
