Tomas Tiefenbach has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2007, they worked as an IT administrator at SEAL IT Services, where they provided support for clients' IT infrastructure. Tomas then took over their family business, RDAT, in 2008 and transformed it from an IT infrastructure reseller to an IT outsourcing service provider as the CEO.
In 2010, Tomas joined PosAm as a product manager, where they designed and re-designed internal IT services using ITIL best practices. Tomas also worked at the Division of operations, managing a team of 80+ employees and providing services to over 50,000 end users.
In 2013, they founded and served as the CEO of TORNAD, a chain of electronics repair stores in Ukraine. However, due to poor economy and political situation, they had to close the business in 2014.
From 2014 to 2017, Tomas worked as a business consultant at podnikovyplan.sk.
Since 2016, they have been involved in multiple ventures as a co-founder. These include LURITY, an advertising network of digital screens in the EU, TapGest, a provider of digital signage solutions, and Simplaq, a company that transforms shopping malls into omnichannel hubs. In 2022, they co-founded BinarBase, which focuses on empowering data intelligence using knowledge-base and AI technologies.
Tomas Tiefenbach obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a specialization in Business Management from City University - Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Tomas attended this institution from 2007 to 2012.
Prior to that, Tomas completed their Final Examination in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at SPSE K. Adlera from 2001 to 2006.
In addition to their formal education, Tomas has earned several certifications. Tomas achieved Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from Capability s.r.o. in December 2014 and June 2014, respectively. Tomas also obtained the ITIL Expert Certified designation from EXIN in 2012, along with various ITIL v3 Intermediate certifications including Continual Service Improvement, Managing Across the Lifecycle, Operational Support & Analysis, Service Design, Service Strategy, and Service Transition. Tomas became an Internal Project Manager through PosAm in 2011. Further certifications include ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN in 2010, Cisco certifications including CCNA 3: Switching basics & Intermediate Routing (2006), CCNA 1: Networking Fundamentals (2005), CCNA 2: Routers and Routing Basics (2005), and IT Essentials 1: PC Hardware and Software (2005). Lastly, Tomas holds the IPMA Certified Project Manager designation from the International Project Management Association.
