“Lurra” literally means “Earth” in the language of the Basque, an indigenous people who reside in the remote Pyrenees mountains located between France and Spain. Their culture is known for its quality and balance of life…and was an inspiration for our company. We chose the name “LurraLife” to remind us to live in a way that is in harmony with and connected to the natural world.
