Alison Kerr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, marketing, and production across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor to the CEO at Luscombe Drinks since September 2019, Alison also holds roles as a Leadership Coach and Advisor to Founders and CEOs at Zippadedoda, and a Mentor for the Augmentor Programme at Digital Catapult. Previously, Alison was the Brand, Schools, and Talent Director at Sparx, an innovative Edu-tech company, and held various marketing positions, including Director Segment Marketing - Education at Avid Technology and WW Marketing Director at Sibelius. Additional experience includes producing independent films at Lexington Films and supporting production at Mentorn Films, the largest independent TV production company in the UK. Alison's education includes a degree in Psychology and Dance from the University of Surrey.

At Luscombe we are passionate about making premium soft drinks. We put taste at the centre of everything we do and are dedicated to using only the best, hand selected, organic ingredients from trusted growers worldwide and produce our drinks in Buckfastleigh, Devon. Founded in 1975 by Julian David and subsequently taken over by his son, Gabriel, when he returned from living in Sicily where he learnt his craft in soft drinks production. Gabriel has spent decades finding and building relationships with our partner growers, from the finest ginger in Peru to delicious raspberries from Bulgaria. Our partners share our production values and always go the extra mile to ensure the fruit is grown and harvested to preserve and encourage the optimum taste experience. In 1998, we were awarded organic accreditation from the Soil Association, the first drinks brand in the UK to gain this highly regarded certification. On the farm in Devon, we have our own organic orchard and in 2018, we became deeply involved in an agroforestry partnership on the Dartington Hall Estate. This is where we planted our first organically certified elderflower plantation. Every step from sourcing, harvesting, juicing, blending, and bottling receives our undivided attention. With a Royal Warrant in hand, over 100 Great Taste Award stars from the Guild of Fine Food and an abundance of positive customer reviews, we know you’ll love them.
