Susanna Pearson is an accomplished supply chain and procurement professional with extensive experience in managing comprehensive procurement strategies. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Luscombe Drinks, the first organic soft drinks manufacturer, Susanna oversees procurement processes, collaborates with finance on product costings, and effectively tracks cost savings. Previously, Susanna held various roles at The Harrier Group, including Procurement and ERP Manager, where a centralized procurement strategy was implemented to improve operations, and Product Development Coordinator, successfully managing new product launches and customer integrations. Susanna has a strong educational foundation with CIPS qualifications in Procurement and Supply and advanced degrees in Applied Environmental Economics and Economics with Econometrics from the University of Kent.

At Luscombe we are passionate about making premium soft drinks. We put taste at the centre of everything we do and are dedicated to using only the best, hand selected, organic ingredients from trusted growers worldwide and produce our drinks in Buckfastleigh, Devon. Founded in 1975 by Julian David and subsequently taken over by his son, Gabriel, when he returned from living in Sicily where he learnt his craft in soft drinks production. Gabriel has spent decades finding and building relationships with our partner growers, from the finest ginger in Peru to delicious raspberries from Bulgaria. Our partners share our production values and always go the extra mile to ensure the fruit is grown and harvested to preserve and encourage the optimum taste experience. In 1998, we were awarded organic accreditation from the Soil Association, the first drinks brand in the UK to gain this highly regarded certification. On the farm in Devon, we have our own organic orchard and in 2018, we became deeply involved in an agroforestry partnership on the Dartington Hall Estate. This is where we planted our first organically certified elderflower plantation. Every step from sourcing, harvesting, juicing, blending, and bottling receives our undivided attention. With a Royal Warrant in hand, over 100 Great Taste Award stars from the Guild of Fine Food and an abundance of positive customer reviews, we know you’ll love them.
