Ashley Luse Deboer

Ashley Luse DeBoer has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the CEO of L&S Insulation Co., Inc. since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the President of Luse Contracting Group, a leading Mechanical Insulation and Asbestos Abatement Contractor from 2017 to the present. Ashley also held the position of Strategy & Business Development role at Luse Contracting Group from 2017 to 2020.

Before joining Luse Contracting Group, Ashley was a Board Member at Amerisafe Group starting in 2015. Ashley also worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International from 2015 to 2017. Ashley'searlier work experience includes being an Associate Credit Analyst at First Trust from 2010 to 2013.

Ashley Luse DeBoer obtained a B.A. in Business and Mathematics from Calvin University in 2010. Ashley then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance and International Business at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they hold certifications in OSHA 30 (obtained in 2017) and is a Registered Securities Representative, having completed the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79.
