Erez Dabbah Ringel

Erez Dabbah Ringel is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Manager at Lusha since January 2024. Previously, Erez held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Bluran Israel, where responsibilities included establishing a learning department and managing a team of instructional designers and tutors. Erez also contributed to R2M Hospitality Group as the Learning and Organizational Development Manager, overseeing training for over 1,000 employees while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Earlier experience includes roles at SodaStream International, where Erez managed L&D for approximately 1,300 employees, and at Lnet Learning Technologies, leading a team that developed MOOCs. Erez's career commenced at H.B Learning as a Senior Learning Developer, focusing on training processes for large companies. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University, Erez also holds an exterior diploma in Educational/Instructional Technology from the Holon Institute of Technology.
