Nicole Staple

Nicole Staple is an experienced executive in market partnerships and growth strategy, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Market Partnerships at Rewiring America since July 2021, where efforts focus on accelerating the adoption of electric machines in US households. In this role, Staple launched a private sector coalition and implemented an equity-centered hiring process. Additional advisory work includes a role at Greenwork, which targets net-zero carbon emissions in construction. Staple co-founded Brideside and has held positions in venture capital at SVB Capital and investment banking at UBS and Goldman Sachs. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Wellesley College.
