Vincent Hamel

Vincent Hamel, M. Sc., CRHA, serves as a Principal Consultant in Compensation at Lussier since October 2024. Previously, Vincent held the position of Principal Consultant in Global Compensation at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from May 2023 to October 2024, managing various international compensation projects. Vincent has experience as an Academic Course Instructor at HEC Montréal from April 2021 to May 2024, focusing on compensation management, and as a Compensation and Well-being Consultant at Samsung Ads from September 2021 to April 2023, providing guidance on compensation principles and decision-making. Prior to this, Vincent worked as a Compensation Analyst at Normandin Beaudry from May 2019 to August 2021, designing creative compensation solutions for a diverse range of clients. Vincent also served as a Teaching Assistant for the MBA program at HEC Montréal for a brief period in 2018, specializing in strategic human resource management. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université de Montréal.
