Hugh Vassar

Hugh Vassar is a Project Controls Manager at Luster National since April 2023. Prior to this, Hugh worked as a BART CBTC Project Scheduler at SEM Incorporated and as a Senior Project Scheduler at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. Hugh has a Project Management Certificate from San Francisco State University, an MBA in Business Administration (Finance) from Santa Clara University, an MS in Civil/Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
