Kathryn Masters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project development and management within the aviation and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovative Delivery at Luster National since December 2018, Kathryn also holds the position of Deputy Director Post Let for GDOT's MMIP. Previously, Kathryn was the Director of Project Development for Airside, Landside, and Cargo at the City of Atlanta's Department of Aviation from February 2015 to November 2018, and prior to that, served as Assistant Director of Project Development at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Kathryn's earlier career included roles at Pond & Company, where significant leadership was demonstrated as Petroleum Group Manager from 1990 to 1997. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
