Prior to their current role, Tom held various leadership positions at companies such as NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC, RIB U.S. Cost, Beck, Focus Partners, and Professional Service Industries, Inc. With a background in civil engineering and management, Tom has excelled in strategic planning, business development, and client service within the transportation and environmental consulting sectors.
