Mathias Quencez

Mathias Quencez is an experienced business developer with a strong background in client relations and administrative management. Currently employed at Lustral since November 2015, Mathias focuses on commercial missions including client visits, problem resolution, needs assessment, contract management, prospecting, and client portfolio development. Additionally, Mathias ensures adherence to quality policies and suggests preventive actions to mitigate potential issues. Prior to Lustral, Mathias served as a Chef d'agence and Agent du Service Commercial Trains at SNCF from March 2006 to November 2015, where responsibilities included ticket control, customer support, and safety operations. Mathias is enhancing expertise with a Master's degree in business management from NEOMA Business School, expected to be completed in December 2023.
