Marco Caccamo

Marco Caccamo has extensive experience as a Network Operator, currently employed at Lutech since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing incidents within the Backbone network using SDH/DWDM/OTN technologies. This role involves in-depth troubleshooting of equipment from various manufacturers including Alcatel, Nokia Siemens/Coriant/Infinera, ADVA, and Huawei, and provides 24/7 service across the year. Prior to this, Marco held a similar position at Beta 80 Group, focusing on the Network Management Center for Fastweb, where tasks included alarm correlation, communication with second-level specialist groups, and managing technical site access.
