Mauro Starinieri

Mauro Starinieri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the media, technology, and mobility sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Smart City and Mobility Solutions at Lutech, Mauro leads the Smart City and Mobility Solutions Center of Excellence and directs the National Sustainable Mobility Center program under the Next Generation EU initiative. Prior to Lutech, Mauro held various leadership roles at Atos, where responsibilities included global strategy development for OSS & MANO solutions and managing partnerships within the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors. Mauro's career also includes significant contributions at Siemens, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM, where a strong focus on business development, client satisfaction, and team leadership has consistently driven success across organizations. Mauro holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Università di Pisa.
