Fabrice Seiman is the co-founder and CEO of the firm. He is responsible for Volatility and Multi-Arbitrage Research. He is a portfolio manager for arbitrage funds. Prior to founding Lutetia Capital, Fabrice was an investment professional at PAI Partners, after acting as an Advisor to the French Budget Minister. He graduated from Sciences Po (IEP) Paris with a degree in Finance and attended the Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies (Government) at Harvard University. A former Associate Professor at Science Po Paris, Fabrice was awarded in 2013 the "Palmes Académiques". He was selected in 2007 by the World Economic Forum as a YGL. He is the President of the European Observatory for Financial Law, a non-profit organization who seeks to facilitate research in financial law.
