Jason Roach

Jason Roach has extensive work experience in the banking and labor union industries. Jason currently holds the position of Vice President, Account Executive / Labor Unions at Luther Burbank Savings since February 2021.

Prior to this, Jason worked at United Business Bank for over 17 years, where they held various roles. From March 2003 to February 2021, they served as Sr. Vice President, Client Relationship Manager, overseeing a $250MM portfolio of both deposits and loans. Jason specialized in working with labor unions, managing the entire book of business dedicated to this sector. From March 2003 to July 2020, they also held the position of Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Manager - Labor Relations.
