Carrie Brcka

Carrie Brcka is currently serving as the Student Ministry Coordinator at Lutheran Church of Hope since June 2021. Previously, Carrie held various roles at MBT Bank, including Loan Processor and Bank Teller from May 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring confidential information, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating on projects. Carrie also completed internships at Workiva as a Customer Success Intern and at CNH Industrial in Human Resources, gaining experience in customer relationship management and HR efficiencies, respectively. Carrie's educational background includes a Master of Arts from Wartburg Theological Seminary, ongoing since 2020, and dual degrees in Business Management and Speech Communication from Iowa State University, earned in 2020.
