Will Pile

Will Pile is an experienced audio systems engineer and production professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Audio Systems Engineer at Lutheran Church of Hope and a Lead Rigger at Iowa Events Center since 2006, Will also operates as a Freelance Audio Engineer and Rigger for Production Resource Group. Will held the position of President at IATSE Local 67 from 2011 to 2020, and prior to that, worked as Operations Manager and Head Sound Engineer at Feld Entertainment. Will began the career as a Rigger, House Sound Engineer, and Stagehand with IATSE Local 232 and has gained extensive freelance experience since 1988. Will earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
