Roxanne Nygard

Roxanne Nygard, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Roxanne is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Lutheran Community Services Northwest since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of a Human Resources Generalist at Powin from April 2021 to March 2022. Roxanne also worked as an HR/HRIS Data Consultant on a contract basis for multiple companies from August 2019 to April 2021.

Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Innovyze from August 2017 to May 2019 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Portland Dermatology Clinic, LLP from June 2016 to June 2017. Roxanne also served as an HR Generalist/Safety Specialist at Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative from November 2014 to June 2016. Roxanne started their career in human resources as an HR Coordinator at Cardno in March 2007 and worked there until November 2014.

Roxanne Nygard, PHR has a diverse education history. Roxanne obtained their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources Management from Mt. Hood Community College in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Gresham High School, where they earned their High School Diploma between 2003 and 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Roxanne also holds multiple certifications. Roxanne acquired the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the Notary Public certification from the State of Oregon in May 2018.
