The Lutheran Community Services Northwest leadership team has a history of working in social services and helping families. The team's president and CEO, as well as the director of community services, have both worked at Gateways for Youth and Families and HopeSparks Family Services. In addition, the president and CEO has a degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle and the director of community services has a degree in Social Work from Pacific Lutheran University.
