The Leadership Team at Lutheran Community Services Northwest is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the overall operations of the organization. Comprising the President & CEO and COO, this team works collaboratively to ensure effective program delivery, manage resources, and engage with stakeholders to foster community partnerships and drive mission impact across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
