Joseph Rodriguez is a Therapist Level II at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc., with previous experience as a Counsellor at Genesis Counseling Centers. As a Colonel in the US Army, Joseph served as the Commander of the 5-502nd Infantry Battalion in Berlin and as the Army System Manager for acquisition of the Stryker Family of Armored Combat Vehicles.
