The Developmental Services team at Lutheran Family Services of Virginia, now enCircle, focuses on providing support and resources for individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes creating individualized service plans, coordinating with families and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations to enhance the well-being and independence of those they serve.
