Director Team

The Director Team at Lutheran Family Services of VA, now enCircle, leads strategic initiatives across key areas. The Director of Communications and Marketing manages public relations and branding efforts, the Director of Philanthropy oversees fundraising and donor relations, the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ensures inclusive practices and policies, and the Director of Facilities and Equipment is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of physical assets. Together, they drive the organization's mission and operational excellence.
