Jennifer Ceccanese has over two decades of experience in the technology and service industries. Since January 2002, Jennifer has served as a Desktop Analyst at Lutheran Health Network, where responsibilities include imaging PCs through SCCM, manually building PCs, installing applications, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and leading Desktop Services Project Management. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Server at Pizza Hut from April 1998 to September 2004 and as a Bartender at Gio's from May 1996 to September 1998, where customer service and food preparation were key duties. Jennifer holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science with a Networking Specialty from Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast and a General Studies diploma from South Side High School.
