Lesley Rohrbaugh has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and recreation fields. Lesley started their career as a Recreational Therapist at Mercy Health in 2010 and worked there until 2014. Lesley then served as a Recreation Administration Graduate Intern at New Albany Parks and Recreation in 2014. Lesley went on to become a Mental Health Administrator at Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare from 2014 to 2016. Lesley then joined Ohio Living as a Director of Program Services from 2016 to 2017. Lesley worked as an Independent Recreation Therapy Contractor at Pure Abilities, LLC from 2017 to 2020. Lesley then held roles at Kosciusko Community Hospital, first as a Community Outreach Coordinator from 2020 to 2022, and then as the Director of Professional Outreach from 2022 to the present. Currently, Lesley is also serving as the Director of Professional Outreach at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, where they started in 2022.
Lesley Rohrbaugh holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Recreation Administration from the University of Toledo, which was obtained in the period from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their master's degree, Lesley earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Recreational Therapy from The University of Toledo. In addition to their formal education, Lesley obtained a certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist from the NCTRC in October 2010.
