Seth Bard has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of emergency medical services. Seth began their career as a Paramedic at Adams Memorial Hospital in 1998 and worked there until 2012. During their time at Three Rivers Ambulance Authority from 2012 to 2018, Seth served as an Education Coordinator, designing and delivering educational programs for EMTs and Paramedics, as well as implementing a community education program on the EMS system. In 2018, Seth joined Paramedics Plus, L.L.C. and Patient Care EMS Solutions as the Director of Communications, where they held the position until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Clinical Outreach at Lutheran Health Network.
Seth Bard's education history includes completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Governors University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed the Adams Memorial Hospital Paramedic Program from 2000 to 2001, earning a degree in Paramedic and specializing in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Seth's high school education was obtained from 1994 to 1998 at Adams Central High School, where they completed the Core 40 curriculum. In addition to their academic qualifications, Seth has also obtained a certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
