Ellen Christensen

Ellen Christensen is a dedicated occupational therapist currently employed at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place since February 2021, with prior experience at Renewal Rehab. Ellen began a career in healthcare after obtaining a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Carroll University. Previous roles include picking and packaging orders at Reinders Inc., where Ellen worked for nearly eight years, and completing various internships and fieldwork at OSF St. Anthony’s Medical Center, Fox Rehabilitations, and Shorehaven, focusing on settings such as outpatient rehabilitation, geriatrics, and education on therapeutic practices.
