Irina Rodriguez

Irina Rodriguez currently serves as the Manager of Client Engagement at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Irina was the Assistant Executive Director at Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care from August 2023 to May 2025 and worked as the Admissions Coordinator at Heartland Home Health & Hospice, LLC from December 2021 to August 2023. Experience also includes roles as Lead Central Scheduling Rep and Scheduler/Registration Rep at Children's Wisconsin from July 2020 to December 2021. Irina is pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, expected to complete in December 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned in May 2022.
