Stephanie Leanes

Stephanie Leanes has a diverse work experience in the field of caregiver support, memory care, and social work. Stephanie worked as the Director of Caregiver Support at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place since April 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Administrator - Lutheran Home Memory Care from January 2012 to April 2019. Stephanie also worked as the Director of Adult Day Services at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place from September 2009 to January 2012. Before joining Lutheran Home & Harwood Place, Stephanie worked at MCFI - Milwaukee Center for Independence. Stephanie was the Associate Director of the Older Adult Day Center and Memory Fitness Program from November 2007 to September 2009. Prior to that, they served as the Clinical Social Work Manager from November 2005 to November 2007 and Supervisor of Day Services/Lead CM/CC from October 2000 to November 2005. Stephanie began their career as a Social Worker at Dove Healthcare from September 1998 to August 2000.
