Tim Chia

Tim Chia has a diverse work experience history. Tim has held various leadership positions and board director roles in different organizations. Tim'smost recent role was as a Board Director at Saint Ignatius' College, Adelaide, where they served as the Chair of the Property Committee. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Lutheran Homes Group. Tim has also served as a Board Director at Lincoln College and End Homelessness SA. Additionally, they were the Managing Director and Co-founder of myfriend, the General Manager of Residential Services at Minda Incorporated, and the Head of Operations, Homecare at Medibank. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Operating Officer at CCH and the State Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield - Formerly DTZ. Tim started their professional journey as the Buyer Manager at Ennis Partners. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategy, growth, management, project management, real estate, and marketing.

Tim Chia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the University of Adelaide. Tim also completed a Graduate Diploma in Business (Property) from the University of South Australia. In addition, they have a Certificate IV in Property Services from the Real Estate Training College. Tim has undergone training in First Aid from St John Ambulance Australia and completed the Essential for Coaching Children Course in Sports Management offered by the Office for Recreation and Sport. Tim also completed the Future Leaders' Course in Sports Management through Tennis SA. Tim is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
