Terri Lamon

Terri Lamon has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Terri served as the Director of Human Resources at The Arlington of Naples from 2014 until their retirement in 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Lutheran Life Communities and Gulf Coast Village. Terri also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Classic Residence by Hyatt Bentley Village and Classic Residence by Hyatt. Terri began their HR career as the Head of HR at the British Consulate-General New York from 2002 to 2007.

Terri Lamon pursued their undergraduate education at Rutgers University from 1980 to 1985. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Labor Studies.
