Rebecca Carter

Rebecca Carter has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as a Financial Counselor at Lutheran Health Physicians since July 2019. In addition to this role, Rebecca has been with Lutheran Medical Group since 1997, where positions have included Registration Specialist Team Leader, Scheduling/Registration Team Lead, and Billing Clerk. Key responsibilities in the current role involve creating and implementing registration standards and managing a team of 25 members. Prior to this, Rebecca held the title of Patient Access Manager at Adventist Health from 1984 to 1997, overseeing the Medical Imaging Front Office and supervising clerks. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with minors in Business Studies and Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Fort Wayne and two Associate's Degrees from Butte College.
