Lana Mendis

Lana Mendis is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership, administrative coordination, and culinary services. Currently serving as Leadership Admin Coordinator at JustLeadershipUSA since July 2022, Lana has also held the role of Ambassador for From Prison Cells To PhD and Culinary Worker at Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry since 2020. Previous positions include Staffing Specialist at Towards Employment and Reentry Specialist at The Securus Foundation. Lana started as a Financial & Computer Literacy Instructor with AmeriCorps and progressed through various roles in entrepreneurship and financial services, including Owner/President of Aurala Admin Services LLC and Senior Regulatory Associate at Merrill Lynch. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership & Ministry from Ohio Christian University and ongoing pursuit of an Executive MBA in Accounting and Business/Management at Ohio Christian University.
