Rouven Cyncynatus

Rouven Cyncynatus has extensive experience in legal and administrative roles. Since August 2012, Rouven has served on the Kent Board of Fair Housing and has worked with Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry since 2008, where responsibilities include contracts administration and accounts receivable systems development. In this capacity, Rouven oversees the execution and compliance of various contracts, including those funded by federal, state, and local government grants. Rouven also held presidential positions at Moriah Publishing, Inc. from June 1989 to March 2008, and at Acorn Industries from April 1984 to June 1989. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Kent State University.
