Rouven Cyncynatus has extensive experience in legal and administrative roles. Since August 2012, Rouven has served on the Kent Board of Fair Housing and has worked with Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry since 2008, where responsibilities include contracts administration and accounts receivable systems development.
