Marcelon Hayes-Oden, MBA, currently serves in the Talent Acquisition team at Lutheran Senior Services, focusing on recruitment for a wide range of roles, from executive to entry-level positions, including clinical and non-clinical staff. Since May 2015, Marcelon has supported the development of talent acquisition strategies and partnered with hiring managers to effectively understand job requirements and implement sourcing channels. Prior experience includes roles as Practice Manager II and Recruiter at Mercy, where Marcelon contributed to candidate recruitment processes, and as Practice Operations Manager at Preventive Medicine and Human Resources Manager at Memorial Services Life Insurance Company. Marcelon holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University.
