Matthew Ginther

Matthew Ginther is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, management, and military service. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lutheran Senior Services since March 2021, Matthew previously held managerial roles, including Manager at Broadway Oyster Bar from March 2014 to March 2021 and Beverage Director at Grafton Oyster Bar from February 2015 to March 2016, where leadership of the beer and cocktail program was a key responsibility. Matthew's military experience includes service as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps from March 2005 to April 2013, with four combat deployments, earning honors such as the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, and Certificate of Commendation. Matthew graduated from Oakville Sr. High School in 2004.
