Valerie Ford is an experienced professional with a strong background in graphic design and customer service. Currently serving as an Office Assistant at Lutheran Senior Services since February 2022, Valerie provides vital support to clinical personnel by maintaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while also delivering exceptional customer service. Valerie has held various roles, including Senior Graphic Designer at COVERINGS Magazine/BlackTouch Media LLC since December 2013, and has demonstrated expertise in managing print and digital projects across multiple platforms. Previous positions include Member Services Coordinator at ARO and St. Louis Jewish Community Center, as well as roles at Xerox and UV Printshop, showcasing a diverse skill set in design, operational support, and client interaction. Valerie holds an Associate degree in Graphic Design from Hickey College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from California Baptist University along with an Associate of Arts from Eastern Gateway Community College.
