Lesley McGregor has extensive work experience in the field of senior care, particularly in managing and overseeing various programs and facilities. From 2015 to 2017, Lesley worked as the Program Manager at LutheranSeniorLife, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Program, including coordinating care for participants. Lesley demonstrated leadership skills and played a crucial role in continuous quality improvement. In 2017, Lesley was promoted to the role of LIFE Armstrong County Center Director at Lutheran SeniorLife. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of the LIFE Program, managing the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the provision of medical and social services across different levels of care.
