Mark O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mark started their career as a Writer/Editor at Valley News Dispatch in 1975 and held this role until 1985. From 1985 to 1989, they worked as the Publications/Communications Manager at Allegheny General Hospital. Following this, they joined The Children's Institute as the Director of Marketing, Planning & Development in 1989 and held this position until 2004. Since 2005, they have been working at Lutheran SeniorLife as the Director of System Development & Communications.
Mark O'Donnell obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1971 to 1975. Mark then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Criminology at Indiana University of Pa. from 1975 to 1976.
